- Usually, delivery takes place within 3-5 working days after placing an order, with the possibility of an extension to 7 days for remote postcode areas.
- Please do not book any trades people until you have taken receipt of your full order.
- Whilst every effort is made to deliver the products on the agreed delivery date (if this has been pre-arranged), we cannot be held responsible for matters beyond our control that may result in your order not arriving on the day specified.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any access problems before placing an order. If no one is at the property to sign for the delivery or the property is inaccessible, resulting in the driver being unable to unload, re-delivery charges will be applied, as they are fees imposed on us by the delivery company.
- Please check over your goods at the time of delivery before signing the delivery note/POD. If you believe that there is an issue, accept delivery and sign for the goods as ‘Damaged’ to avoid any re-delivery charge and contact us immediately, and you must provide labels.
Chargeable Delivery Postcodes
Some postcodes are outside the our FREE DELIVERY zone. Please call our office 01908 112 057 for information regarding the applicable surcharge for your area. If you happen to live in one following delivery zone, it’s important you contact our office first before making your purchase, then you need to follow the Delivery Surcharge in the link.
We are not accepting orders for delivery to North Ireland at present. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Kerbside Delivery
Delivery is facilitated by third-party couriers equipped with tail-lifts and manual pump trucks. They exclusively provide kerbside drop-off or delivery to the nearest access point on a hard surface.
Returns and Refunds With Charge
14 Days Returns
Our returns and refunds policy complements your legal rights. Our free delivery prices already include the delivery cost. If a customer decides to return the products, the incurred free delivery cost will be covered by the customer.
We strongly recommend that you first check the labels on the pallet against your order upon receiving the goods, as delivery companies sometimes make mistakes. Only open the packaging after confirming the items match your order. If the wrong goods are delivered and need to be returned, improper repackaging may lead to rejection by the return delivery company.
Cancellation of Your Order
To cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. You can reach us by phoning 01908 112057 or by emailing sales@pavingslabsuk.co.uk. Please note that after the 24-hour window or once dispatch has occurred, additional fees for delivery, collection, restock fee or administration may apply.
- If you decide to return your order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to inform our sales team. The item must be unused and unopened, in new and saleable condition, and returned in its original packaging. Please note that only full packs can be returned.
- A fee of £200 (incl. VAT) per pack will be incurred for returns, which includes a delivery charge of £85, a returns charge of £85, and restore charge of £30.
- If the delivery depot lacks an appropriate tail lift for pallet lifting, the responsibility for arranging a return solution falls upon the customer.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products by our warehouse team, we will issue a refund for the price paid for your order, excluding any delivery and returns charges. The refund will be processed within 7 working days.
- The full return costs will be provided when arranging the return, and all details will be confirmed in writing before the collection is scheduled.
- If the original packaging has been opened or requires improvement, as determined by the buyer or Paving Slabs UK, it is the buyer's responsibility to repack the goods at their own expense for safe return. The Company will not cover any costs associated with repacking the goods.
- Failed collections resulting from non-compliance with our returns policy will incur a £78 charge to cover the company's costs of rescheduling the collection.
- Please carefully inspect your goods upon delivery and if you notice any damage, sign for the goods as 'Damaged'.
- In the event of any damages, contact sales@pavingslabsuk.co.uk with your WST- order number and pictures of the broken items within 24 hours. Our team will aim to respond within 48 hours.

- Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items that have already been installed.
- During unpacking or transportation, edges or corners of slabs may get chipped. These damages are not eligible for claims. Such chips do not affect the performance of the slabs and are usually hidden once the patio is finished.
Damages and Breakages:
- Every effort is taken to ensure the paving stones arrives undamaged, with it being a natural product breakages can occur and therefore adhering to industry standards, compensation do not cover damages to 0-7% of the total order during transportation. Refunds are provided proportionally for damages between 7% and 20%. Replacement parts will only be sent if the overall damage exceeds 20%, and clear images must be provided to illustrate the extent and nature of the damage (e.g., crate drops or mechanical impacts).
